Elbow Skin Rejuvenation
Wrinkled, loose skin around the elbows comes from thinning skin and repeated bending. Elbow rejuvenation uses diluted collagen stimulators such as Radiesse or Sculptra, sometimes with skin boosters, to improve firmness and texture. Sessions take about 20–30 minutes with numbing cream, usually as a course of 2–3 treatments.
What is Elbow Skin Rejuvenation?
The elbow is a small area that responds well to skin-quality treatments. The goal is smoother, firmer skin, not added bulk.
Elbow Skin Rejuvenation at a glance
- Procedure time: 20–40 minutes
- Anesthesia: Numbing cream / local
- Downtime: Mild swelling or soreness 1–3 days
- Discomfort: Mild
- Sessions: 2–3 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart
- Location: Violacell Plastic Surgery, 3F, 138 Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Sinsa Station Exit 1)
How it works
Diluted collagen stimulators (for example Sculptra, Radiesse or Juvelook) and, where helpful, skin boosters are fanned under the skin with a blunt cannula. Your own collagen then builds gradually. Energy devices such as Body OLA Lifting may be combined for tightening.
Who it is for
- Crepey or wrinkled elbow skin
- Loose skin above the elbow
Results and how long they last
Improvement in firmness and texture develops over 2–3 months and builds with each session.
Risks, recovery and aftercare
Bruising, swelling, tenderness, nodules or unevenness, and rarely infection. Collagen stimulators cannot be dissolved, so conservative planning and correct dilution matter.
